Giuliani is a Democrat in all but name, leading neocons Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle are still registered Dems.

I would be grateful if anyone can direct me to any information about Giuliani allegedly snubbing a visit to a Royal Navy vessel docked in New York harbour.

It is alleged that, as Mayor of New York (before the attacks of 11.9.2001), he made a courtesy visit to a number of foreign ships in New York - but (allegedly) purposely ignored the vessel from the UK.

I would like evidence/proof to back up the above allegations.
