Has anybody heard of these guys before? I just came across them.

This party is part of Ross Perot's old Reform Party. The "Independence" in the title does not mean being independent from the Union, like UKIP from the EU, but being independent of the two main parties.

Jesse Ventura was a governor of Minnesota elected on an Independence Party ticket.
