Good question? Was this piece banned by Fox News thus not aired? Or was the attempt made at banning this from the internet per se as suggested by the blog?

Potential government investigation my be considered?

As we do not have all the facts what ever conclusions can be drawn will only be those based upon perceived perceptions & potential bias to fit the world view of the observer. What we can say with a certain amount of certainty is that all nation states engage in spying on each other including amongst friendly states (allies), I would be surprised & some what concerned if they did not.
