'Threats Without Borders'

Noble, but unattainable.

1. Certain countries think they can be trusted (Britain included), but that others can't.

2. Whose to say we wouldn't have had the worst world war yet, between Russia and the USA without them? Nukes could have actually saved the planet from turmoil thanks to the threat of mutual self destruction.

3. A truly peaceful country, that attacks no other, doesn't get involved in others affairs and only has the intention of using them IF attacked without provocation , surely should have that right.

4. Ban nukes and some other technology will just take it's place.

5. What if the aliens come to get us?

Bottom line, it ain't going to happen. Once a country has nukes, it aint giving them up. You just have to hope that none of the countries ever had a nutter willing to use them, without due reason!
