Of course - they may have the wrong guy. Saddam may already be dead - or alive and well and planning the the most diabolical plot yet to avenge the wholesale slaughter of his people. Ir would be funny if the trial went thriough to finish and before the judge passed setence, said "Do you have anything to say before I pass sentence?" and the defendent replied "Yaboo and sux to you - you have the wrong guy" Well ... I think it'd be funny anyways ..
