With the news that the EU is pressing the Premiership to open up the contract for TV rights to all and sundry can we expect Rupert Murdocks empire to move to a Euro-sceptic position?

Mr. Murdoch is already a eurosceptic - and has been for two decades.
His Sun newspaper remains solidly eurosceptic as does the Times to a slightly lesser extent. Both backed 'Tony' B-liar at the May 2005 General Election - but neither support his avertly pro-EU views. |
