Default Narrow majority say no to EU membership

http://www.norwaypost.no/content.asp...74&folder_id=1

Quote:
For the first time since last fall there is now a narrow majority against Norwegian membership of the EU.

A survey made by Sentio for the newspapers Nationen, Klassekampen and Dagen shows that 45.1 per cent would vote no, while 43.3 are in favour, and 11.6 per cent are undecided.

It is the first time since last August that the survey shows a majority against EU membership for Norway, and it is the highest no-percentage in three years
.

The tide is going out for the EU. It isn't working and everyone can see it is doing more harm than good.

Lets end the mistake before it becomes a disaster!

I am more & more convinced that the high - tide of the EU is passed. Just how fast the tide will run out remains to be seen.

We had a guy drop by from Bergen in Norway a couple of weeks ago and got chatting. It was plain to see he had the same concerns about cheap labour, prices and unemployment in his country as we do here.

And he works in the oil industry which should attract very skilled workers.

The Dutch don't like it either. I was in Holland a couple of years ago and having lunch in a cafe got talking to a lady who told me how much she enjoyed coming to England, particularly the Lake District for her holidays.

As she was going out of the door, she suddenly turned back and came over to our table and said "Don't go INTO phpbb_the Euro, we hate it". Up till then we hadn't even mentioned the Euro or the EU. It was quite spontaneous.

They will say no to the Constitution.
