French appeal for wine crisis distillation

You couldn't make this up. The scary thing is they will get it!

While vine growing accounts for 7 per cent of the European agricultural production, Brussels devotes only 3 per cent of its agricultural budget to the sector.

They souldn't be getting anything. If you can't make money from wine, what can you make it from.
