Yeah, who can blame all these Micky Mouse economies for wanting a pieace of the action? If you live in a poor, undemocratic nation then why not upgrade to a slightly richer undemocratic superstate?
That doesn't apply to us though, we are a rich semi-democratic country, that is going to downgrade to a poorer undermocratic superstate. Not a great business deal on behalf of UK PLC!

That says it all. The rubber stamp shop, that is the European Parliament is the ONLY slightly democratic part of the EU. Even then you only have a tiny voice in amongst a sea of others?
