Perhaps our message about the European Union is finally becoming mainstream. The article suggests that the majority of political supporters of all parties are against the Constitution. That is a major development, if it can be believed.

I wonder how informed anyone is. It is a massive document, and both sides confuse the issue by making completely incompatible and opposing claims.
