British Muslims appeal for hostage release

This is a big commitment from the Muslim Council, so well done to them. Actually sending two people out to Iraq to campaign against a terrorist cell is a brave move, especially by the two volunteers, Dr Daud Abdullah and Dr Musharraf Hussain. They have willingly given up their time and money, and put themselves at risk, to go out there to try and aid Ken Bigley. It is good to see some leading British Muslims taking such a strong position on this matter.

Does anyone thing this is nothing more an a damage limitation exercise to prevent a backlash against Muslims in this country.
