Well seeing as he is a geneticist I'm guessing he has a reasonably scaled definition of small.

Reasons for a higher Black crime rate in scientific terms could stem from lower IQ's, higher testosterone levels, smaller frontal lobes that control conductive reasoning, more muscle mass, denser bones, thinker skin (make them more effective at violent crime) etc.

Those "facts" could of come from a German textbook circa the 1930s. You are still a little cagey but you certainly seem very bigoted.

You need to take the term “social deprivation” as being not just areas of financial hardship and put the emphasis on SOCIAL.
