Answer Yes.

I see no reason whatsoever why people with different strengths and different weaknesses should not integrate into a composite population just so long as we all have the same set of values and ambitions.

The question is however insufficiently precise.

Which IQ metrics set do you mean? If, as I suspect, you are using some piece of trash information extrapolated crudely from the Stanford-Binet series (so beloved by the eugenics freaks) and in particular the Wechsler set, then you’re dealing chalk when cheese was asked for.

Based on my own industrial experience I would put far more faith in “profile tests” such as the Morrisby Differential Battery set or even the 16PF series, in my opinion the former brings out not just personality profiles but also non verbal abilities to a much greater extent than the latter.

“White” British people have a really mongrel background!

The various invasions over the millennia have seen all sorts of people go and come (deliberate, think about it!) after invading these Islands bringing in blood lines from all over the Continent and by association from all of the people who did the same firstly to spread from Africa TO the Continent and then in a series of immigrations.

In my own case for example I have blood lines that include Russian and Swiss, yet I am still a "white" English person through and through.

I suppose if you wanted to find a real British individual with a 99% British DNA profile you would need to work through various ancient slimes in out of the way places and you might possibly find an example there.

There really is a lot to be said for getting facts right if prejudice and bigotry is to be built on them
