Nice that's it's being high-lighted but do the Beeb actually care or just doing it to look good and as a ploy to increase viewing figures?

I believe it to be a cynical attempt by the BBC to con the British Public into believing they really do care. It is generally believed that there will be a hung Parliament after the next election. A hung Parliament that could well see MP's from the 'fringe' Parties like the UKIP and BNP. If this is the case, the BBC could be in for a rough time from Parliament, with the possiblity that they (BBC) could lose the license fee, forcing them to compete with the Independent channels for advertising.

If you look at the figures in the survey you'll see the middle classes aren't far behind so don't know why the BBC is calling this a working class issue when it's clear both groups are very concerned about immigration and the destruction of this country.

Exactly. It's hardly surprising that the poor mugs who have to compete with the mass influx of unskilled labour are just ahead in the ****** off stakes. Especially when their cost of living is so high and they are raped over and over again for tax.

They had a debate about this on the Wright Stuff on Friday morning (C5). Well, I call it a debate, it was more of a Wright bias rant.
The debate was asking if white working class are wingers? Wright was claiming that all white working class people are council house wingers who read the Sun newspaper. He hung up on two callers, but allowed a women to say "white working class people are wingers" Wright claims to be middle-class. Quote:

From where I stand (OK, sit at present) the white working class ARE voiceless and their views and more importantly their needs are certainly NOT being addressed in parliament, but for that matter nor are the indigenous English as a whole.
