Still, at least they can watch Eastenders and X Factor while stuffing their fat lazy faces with pizza and then go and pick up a chunk of my money to keep them going. Afterall, these are jobs they don't want to do and that's fine by the LibLabCon.

I heard that there were more jobs created than were used up by immigrants. In fact I thought there was reported to be 600,000 vacant jobs rights now. So what is the excuse?
I found it easy enough to get a low skilled job to pay myself through university, no reason why people with more free time and ability to work than I have should not be getting snapped up by employers.

Make of this what you will:
Immigrants now account for more than four million of the 37 million working-age people in Britain, according to a report published yesterday on the economic impact of immigration. The study highlights the huge economic benefits of immigration but admits that the numbers arriving to work may be hurting unskilled British workers. The effect could be even greater as the study did not take into account the effect of the tens of thousands of workers who have arrived from Eastern Europe since 2005. Motivated immigrants fill skills gap and solve labour shortages - Times Online If our Benefits sytem was radically overhauled we probably would not have any 'unskilled British workers' and all immigrants would have to work. Or starve. Or not bother coming here. |
