That's exactly what Liebour want. Most immigrants vote Labour. I have read somewhere that 85% of black and asian people in this country who bother to vote, vote labour. (I can't remember the source, sorry)

Spain had one or two 'amnesties' for illegal immigrants a few years ago. Because we are in the EU, this was effectively a British amnesty - since all those who will benefit from the Spanish amnesty could come to the UK the very moment they got their hands on a Spanish passport.
