In a small town that I know of there is a Polish food shop. All the writing was in Polish.

Funny all this, only today I noticed that there was Polish storage instructions on the front of a bag of McCain's Potato Wedges.

Personally I'm in no way feeling threatened by shops where everything is written in the Polish language. Neither Chinese nor Japanese even, worry me greatly, I quite like Japanese script, so functional yet aesthetically pleasing.
It's Urdu and Arabic that worries me.

It is shocking for shops in England to display writing in any other language. It means that they have taken over so much that they do not bother to learn the language of the rightful inhabitants of our country. There is no justification for any immigration to this country and never has been.

I don't mind other languages being employed (after all, signs in English help me greatly when abroad). What I would object to, is if signs were only in foreign languages, or English was not the primary language on all signs in all areas of the Country.

All businesses look for new outlets for their products. So when there is an obvious market, such as the large number of Poles in Britain today, then Business will try and supply that market!
