Unlikely since he's claiming a breach of his human rights, which is a piece of EU legislation tagged on to our law. Were there to be a UKIP government that piece of legislation wouldn't be in place and he would, thus, be unable to claim.

He would still have the right to appeal as many did before we adopted the European Human Rights act.
Of course under a Nationalist government he wouldnt have been here at all and a young girl wouldnt have had her life ruined.

Aren't all governments required under the UN Fundamental Charter on human rights to allow those claiming asylum to enter the country? Going to pull out of the UN now? Isolationist is not the word.

No need to pull out the UN just the UN Charter of Human Rights.

So have I got this right - you reject all asylum claims, irrespective of whether they are valid? Is that correct?

Yes.
Unless of course they are men of British stock from say Zimbabwe/Rhodesia.

So your policy - correct me if I'm wrong - adds up to:

- No immigration
- No asylum (unless of "British stock")
- Protectionism in place of free trade
- Nationalisation of the major industries
- Leaving NATO
- Dissolving the UK

What party would best represent your views, do you think?
