But thats not UKIP policy now is it.
Under current UKIP policy he would have done exactly what he has done and he would have got just the same treatment as he did under this Labour government.

UKIP is neither against Asylum Seekers nor is it against the Right to Appeal for failed Asylum Seekers.
So what have I missed?

Try getting the question right.

UKIP IS against illegal Asylum seekers.

No where in the UKIP manifesto does it state that failed Asylum Seekers will be denied the right to appeal.
Thus he will remain still its heard.

Apart from the EU question very little seperates UKIP from the Lib Dems.

I love this bit in the UKIP Manifesto.

"UKIP does NOT favour the application of quotas either for legal immigrants or for refugees. We believe the above measures, properly applied, will sufficiently limit the numbers taking up residence here and we shall then, once again, be able to make them all welcome."

Aww isnt that nice.
Give em a hug too.

Yes I know you would turn away people fleeing genuine torture, but as you are getting hysterical, I think I'll leave you to foam at the mouth about that.
