Is that the way he actually speaks?

The cartoon & cartoonish voice implies it is suitable for children. It is emphatically not suitable for children. The offensive word should be changed immediately. If a print journalist decided, despite the qualifications in the clip, that this was anything to do with UKIP that could be damaging to the party. It is not like journalists have been good at distinguishing between him and the party in the past few weeks have they?
