Kernow. I shall be attending a meeting this Thursday at Chudleigh about those very 2,800 houses.

Also here is something of interest! , from a local newspaper and I quote
Teignbridge Councillors clashed during development control meeting on Monday about the prospect of housing the homeless and East European in caravans at Lady's Mile Holiday Park, Dawlish. Full report "Dawlish Gazette"

Amazing really! Many UKIP suporters do their utmost to attempt (not successfully) to convince those of us in the 'know' that UKIP is not really a nasty white man's party, and there go UKIP with an article (all-be-it from the Daily Telegraph) informing any would-be reader of the fall in the "white British population" of the UK. Why would UKIP cover this, except to reveal its subliminal BNP tendencies.

One startling figure quoted (if it is true) is that the white British population now stands at just approximately 43 million. Considering that the total population is around 60 million, that suggest that the native population only represents around 70% plus, with about 12% designated as non-white (presumably the rest of white non-British are other European). What an astonishing and disgraceful revelation for any politicians to declare.

And despite the decade on decade collapse of the native european stock of these islands, there we are, geting all worked up about the survival of one largely mentally and physically screwed whale that swam up the Thames! I like animals, but WE too are part of the natural world, as are the communities we create. People have a totally f****d up attitude towards bio-survivalism that avoids the issue of definitive human social structures and the ethnic cultures that created them. UKIP's continuing "official" stance against the BNP is laughable.

This confirms what many of us believe, that UKIP should make immigration its main point. The media will label the party far-right, of course, but being labelled "the anti-immigration party" will bring dividends in 2009. Good article in the Telegraph about how most drugs and prostitution crime in Reading is committed by illegals; UKIP should also campaign strongly on the destruction of the Green Belt, as this is inheritantly linked with immigration.
Btw, what is the party's relationship with Migrationwatch? Is there one? Like I said before with the Countryside Alliance, maybe some overtures should be made.

We should not have any main point but a range of policies to address the varied needs of the UK.

Even if all immigration/asylum seeking ceased tomorrow the indigenous population of this country would still become a minority sometime this century.

The English Democrats', like UKIP are helping to write the epitaph you mentioned by their acceptance of multiracialism.
