Good to see you back Christina. We need more sense on these forums.

I'm not surprised to hear about the way you were treated by the BNP. This is why, as I have been saying constantly, the country is crying out for a 'respectable' traditionalist party which is nowhere near as extreme as the BNP and which has a generally more broad-minded approach to individuals, while rejecting the sleazy immorality of the parties of the left.

Time for you to join UKIP, I suggest.

Would you put forward Christine as a UKIP candidate :?:
I just remembered you can't as ex BNP members aren't permitted to run for UKIP. Slight hypocrisy there do you think :?:

WUM - I'm not interested in being a candidate for any Party.

Thanks C-Steam and MikeUK. UKIP Mike? Perhaps. I'm going to be going back to basics for a while and re-reading Ken Wilber, my fave philosopher, and try and work out an integrational approach to UK politics. Integration as in integrating specialist knowledge INTO phpbb_a coherent structure, not immigration issues.

There's a chance I'll end up joining the Conservatives, if they choose the right leader.

Well that is good that you wouldn't be interested in becoming a UKIP candidate, because if you did would it be worth all the grief you would have to endure

She doesn't want to be a candidate for any party so is there really a need to make such a snide remark?

The Media would do nothing because it is illegal for them to do so on those grounds. I wouldn't stand because of health reasons. If I'm 100% in 18 months time, I would consider standing if asked to. It is not something I would put myself up for, I have no ambitions that way. However, if asked, I would not shirk from my duty, if in the eyes of others, I would be the best local candidate.
