Muslims are not allowed to question their imams closely or dispute what they say. Muslim women are given even less freedom. The reason for this is because the religion is so contradictory and confusing even your most learned men cannot understand it so many contradictions cannot be explained away satisfactorily.
Muslim preachers cannot even use the "You must just believe " argument because if one teaching contradicts another in the Koran or Hadith,no one knows which one to follow. That's why and how gullilble Muslims are so easily "radicalised" by one of the many extremist Muslim preachers.
You name it,and in many cases the Koran/Hadith says you can do it in one verse and not do it in another. What do you expect when some old fool only had to say "I heard the prophet say ..... " and it's taken as fact?

The hadith has nothing to do with Islamic law, their a collection of things which the prophet was reported to have done or said. Where does the Quraan say about hadith being law, the law is in the Quraan, the hadith are stories which people hope to learn about how muhammed behaved.
Most islamic laws, esp the major ones are universally acknowledged, people dispute about minor issues (ie hand poisitoning during prayer etc), give me an example of a major dispute about muslims about Islamic law. I admit, some people do wrongly interpret hadith and treat them as laws, but those people are like you, thick as she*Be and its always something petty.
Whether you agree with them or not, you can’t deny it is still better recorded then jesus’s life, or moses, so how then can you criticise well documented actions which have survived 1500 years when almost nothing from that era has survived in that much detail.
Christian sources place jesus on opposite sides of the planet at the same time, the languages have been forgotten, the books have disappeared, there isn’t even credible evidence that he even existed.
