"General Election to be on 8th November 2007" claims newspaper

The Daily Express says again today that the next General Election will be on 8th November, 2007. It forecasts that Prime Minister Gordon Brown may use the coming week to get announcements out on Monday (8th October) on more troop withdrawals from Iraq and on possible tax cuts (in the economic statement next Tuesday - 9th October):

Should you be reading the Daily Express? They said there would be no war on September 1st 1939. They also said they had found Martin Boorman alive and well!
