Default I was a Tory.

I was a Tory but after seeing what the EU was doing to this Country I decided that I could not support any Party that wanted to keep us in.

However I have to say If getting rid of these bandits who are in power now means doing a deal with the Tory Party then we should do it. However I would demand something in return that was written in stone. Also I feel that we should only co-operate in the marginals.

Cameron has said that any tory member who doesnt back the EU will not have senior postions in the party but then again i will not support or join any party the favors Great Britain losing her independence so as far as i care the three main partys that have lied to us for over 30 years can rott in hell.

Andrew Constantine is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Why we should oppose the Tories

Plenty of reasons:

1. It has been Tory governments that have made the running on the major steps of the UK's intergration into a European Union;

2. Cameron is pro-EU and has still not taken the Tory MEPs out of the pro-EU grouping which he promised to do as part of his election campaign for the Tory leadership;

3. You get influence in our tribal partisan politics by effective opposition, forcing the other parties to move towards your position. If we allow the Tories an easy ride, they will move even more to the pro-EU wing so as to attract more Lib Dems.

4. Cameron and Brown have more in common than might at first appear. Both are pro-EU, both fanatical internationalists, both pro-Barnett formula, both anti-English and prejudiced in favour of Scotland, both are professional politicians who will say anything, and do anything to get and hold electoral office.

Both UKIP and the English Democrats should be unremitting in our struggle to win office at the expenses of these main three pro-EU, undemocratic and very corrupt political parties.

I can't fault Andrew Constantine's Post above.

People must wake up to the fact that another Tory Government will be poison.

Whilst I agree with what you say I think that the lesser of the two evils is Tory.

Chip, isn't that a bit like saying you'd rather be eaten by a tiger than by a lion?

I would remind you of which party signed the Europan Communities act, the Single European Act, and the Maastrict Treaty, but sadly I have forgotten.

A similar memory lapse seems to afflict so many others who seem to think that after 35 years of enthusiasticaly surrendering sovereign power to Brussels, the Tory party, like knights in shining armour, will ride to the rescue of British sovereignty.

By a man's deeds, so shall you know him!

For the moment, it transpires, that is a Moral Dilemma some people can put to one side.
