The question remains, is it true or not? No word from the EDP, and while this is the case, the rumour mill will keep on turning.

Why don't you direct your enquiries to F4J? They started the rumour!

F4J are well known self publicists. That means they fabricate situations. Where is the evidence that this is not another cunning stunt?

Of course, opponents of the EDP such as chartwell and Mikeuk may well see it as being in their interests to stir the pot which, let us acknowledge it, is what you are doing.

Come on Cassie, this rumour or whatever it is, is fair game for discussion. To be honest, I don't know if it's true or not, but these kind of things get discussed all the time in the tabloids and elsewhere. Would the post be put up if it was a fabrication? I have no idea, and I would hope Chartwell would be sensible enough to check his facts before submitting himself to a possible libel claim, but then again, you know the old saying, no smoke without fire!

Libel? You must be joking! This is a good old smear campaign! If you are truly interested, why don't YOU ask F4J how Uncles is alleged to have harassed O'Connor?

As I have previously explained, the fact of an arrest [if it IS a fact] is not necessarily significant! It's in the realm of someone being accused of rape . . . whatever the eventual outcome, mud sticks.

Remember, if mud sticks to the EDP, it will as sure as hell stick to English nationalism, and that includes the FEP! No smoke without fire eh? Who knows which way the smoke will blow?

I can only imagine that F4J and O'Connor have better things to be doing given their recent antics in the press and that if this is a matter under investigation with people being arrested then they would not comment. It's also unclear whether this involves O'Connor or a family member but if you go back through the emails at the time it was clear that the ED's went ballistic when he left.

All of which does them no favours in terms of whatever credibility they had left to salvage.

F4J have stated clearly what the position is - now we need the ED to the same.
