This surprising thread is making the EDs look sinister. First someone turns up calling Mr Constantine a "snake", then a series of smears on his profession and character and now a cartload of dung on the party in general plus that ubiquitous and puzzling need to know who is whom and who is doing what. Need to prepare a "dossier"?

Why must Danny be questioned as though he had been caught in a Searchlight of some kind? The approach is positively jackboot and armband stuff. Why must he say if he is a member. So what if he were, so what if he were not? He's an Englishman and he is supporting something English. Is that so bad and if so why would an English supposedly democratic party be in such a tizzy about it? Why make up all these lies about FEP aggressiveness? There is absolutely nothing in Andrew Constantine's posts to suggest anything of the sort. Why would he do that, as leader? What has Richard done, or Northumberland, that is so vile?

You have to realise that if people go back and check the posts and posters they will find none of these accusations. They will find a lot of interceptor missiles though and they may wonder why. What is so terrible about having an independence party and movement? Scotland has one. Go and fight with them and see how far you get.

Why can't England have one? Is there something utterly non negotiable about English freedom? If so, what?????

Every post I read about my party there is Richard, Nothumbrian and Andrew constantly pulling the party down. You dont have to be a detective to find them either in this forum or the C of S George forum. I am defending my party from egotistical bitter ex-members that have made themselves look silly by trying to tear chunks off the EDP.

If you read my post properly instead of kneejerk reactions you will notice that I wished them well.

It is now all very evident that all the FEP's can do is continue to try and defend themselves from a problem that they themselves have created.

I honestly can not believe you said that. They have been constanly asked to stop bickering to which they continue. This is why I made the above postings. If they dont like it then stop this silly war, not only on this forum but others.

I made my opion quite clear and will wish them well once again but I will not stand by and watch them slag off my party and members at every oppertunity.

All I will say about this initiating post is that, if the initials FEP were substituted for EDP and vice versa, I would still regard this thread as unhelpful and potentially destructive.

I wish that it had not been initiated and, if all those affronted by it were able to ignore it from now on, that would be not only amazing but wonderful. Here then, is a golden opportunity for the FEP and its sympathisers to rise above this . . . well you know what it is!

This thread won't change my opinions of the FEP which, despite the human frailties of its members, is essentially well meaning. Waste no more time on this rubbish.

Well said Cassie, not sure why this thread was started. I guess the EDP must see us as some kind of threat to them. You know their strategy, swallow up any potential threat, or ally themselves with other parties.

Bear in mind I don't go to the COSG forum. It's a bit argy bargy for me. I am only interested in building and inspiring, I think anything else is a waste of time. And life is too short for brothers in arms to fight one another.

I take it you don't have characteristics like human frailty.
