Yes but consider that the public are at least 75% for one and Cameron has taken a bit of a hit in the polls and knows with his current performance he will never see No. 10, then you can see why he is saying this. Also his past pro-EU stance is making him look a bit like Tony Blair and he certainly does not want to look like that. So whatever he intends the point is he is saying these things and that is very good indeed. If he were dodging the issue I'd be far more worried about him. I think there are a lot of backbench people in his party that have privately become far more resolved over being euro-sceptic. They must be saying to their colleagues they told them so.

This is BS from the toad - these are his opt outs, I hope people are not fooled by this:
