Look at Part 2 of the Bill. As always it is a con. The bill is notionally about a referendum and tidying up rules (including a power of retrospective amendment), but in reality is about Common Foreign and Security Policy.

Mr Secretary Straw has made the following statement under section 19(1)(a) of the Human Rights Act 1998:
