Surely Not Alex! You can't possibly be suggesting that an open and honest parliament and bureacratic machine would possibly have an internal intranet which the people it serves couldn't see?

As Bellatrix is working in the EP building in Brussels, then she does have access to an intranet, which has staff info, admin stuff, etc., on it.

But all the proceedings are public and the search page for speeches is here
