35.5 % Solihull
31% in Staffordshire ... guess that's why UKIP got 3 in then!
The national turnout was down to 34.8%

Further calculations reveal that just 20.1% of the electorate voted for one of the big three in this election.
5.3% of registered voters supported the Governing party.

so two thirds of the electorate couldn't be bothered or felt it made no difference to their lives - frightening really isn't it.
