I would have thought both Clippo and Besoeker would have been able to articulate this fact as I am sure both know it

As regards fire extinguishers CO2 is used very frequently however in computer rooms other gases are used which I believe is Halon hence the admonition to RLF if a fire breaks out in a server room

I believe Besoeker did say it:

You wouldn't live long if the world consisted of 100% H2O but that doesn't mean water is evil and going to kill you in high doses ........
