Are those figures peer reviewed? I don't remember seeing them in the Independent's guide or Al Gore's DVD.

Well, it’s a function of deniers not being able to quote reliable evidence to support their claims. This has been noticed in many other blogs and given rise to Al Gore’s own ‘Law’ :-

You do realize the difference between conservatives and libertarians? They generally only agree on economic issues but seem to manage to generally respect each other despite there sometimes opposing social views. More then I can say for the socialists I mean Greens, Democrats and the great third way.

Since this was quoted on a US website, I interpeted conservative as North Americans do - to mean to the Right of the Republican party - aka Libertarians.

Libertarians are not conservatives in the U.S. they are true classic liberals in the sense that they believe in full economic and personal freedom from government, unlike neo-liberals aka socialists, communists. Conservatives agree on economic issues with libertarians but differ on some social issues. The right in the U.S. are Conservatives who are largely Republican, Libertarians in the U.S. are right only on economic issues such as free markets but true classic liberal on social issues. Republicans, Conservatives and Libertarians in the US have large amounts of AGW Skeptics. The poll clearly shows this as 84% are skeptical the rest are "moderates" and not well versed in science.
