However, if you care to read the post in question you will see that my intent was very clearly to correct the claim that the Hadley Centre had reversed its position on AGW. I made no comment at all on the validity of its arguments; neither have I supported Clippo in this debate nor made any comment about Al Gore.

You seem to raise all of these things as distractions from the issue I took up, namely your appraisal of the situation concerning the death of Dr Revelle - which is, after all, the topic of the thread.

You also seem to believe that debates are won by having the last word. Sorry, but you have to do better than bore us all to sleep.
