Pretty obvious - and I never suggested otherwise.

Default Skyline Ornaments.

Today is day #10 and all 3 wind turbines are still not in production as they are stationary again.

Has anyone a link so that I can find the daily/shift production statistics for these turbines?

I spent some time yesterday but was unable to find anything, but plenty of red herrings were to be found as per the EU sites on renewables and turbines.

A link would be appreciated.

Today is day #11 and the 3 turbines are still producing zero.

We have a slight breeze and some light rain, perhaps later on the wind will be strong enough to turn a blade or three.

An article on the technical and practical wind/power output of wind turbines can be found here:

Thanks PS but I am looking for production records of wind turbines that are in my immediate area.

Anyway, today is day #12 and our 3 turbines are still unproductive, this may change though because we have about 20mph winds at the moment, snow is expected with the pemperature drop this pm.

Anyone out there with a link to find local production for these turbines please post.

Thanks.

I have no problem with wind power and see it as a useful contributor to an overall energy sufficient power that Britian needs to become if it is to survive as an independent state. Saying turbines are "ugly" is childish and stupid and adds zero to the debate on an issue that is crucial to Britain's future independence, especially once we dump the EU.

Britain and Norway, possibly Denmark, together should form a mutual cross North Sea energy alliance, especially as Norway has the capacity to become western Europe's leading energy supplier in coal, oil gas and wind/wave power technology (Norway has an acclaimed resource of over 3000 billion tonnes - that is 3 million million tonnes - of coal under the north sea that could provide vast quantities of natural gas)

Denmark has already achieved a 25% sufficiency in wind energy and a north German state has achieved around 20%. In the U.S., the state of North Dakota alone has the potential wind power to supply 25% of the U.S. electricity power needs - and that is a lot of power. Humans have been exploiting wind power for thousands of years, and it should be welcomed not insulted as it seems to be.

Besides that, only 22% of the of the North Sea has been prospected for oil/gas, and there is still a lot of coal left under the feet of Britain capable of being exploited using clean coal technology. All of these should be exploited to their full potential enabling the nation to have the widest possible choice and sources of energy at its demand.

Gerard Batten's newest pamphlet says that even though Britain is coal-rich, the shafts of most British coal mines were filled with concrete (because Blair was fixated with the Kyoto Protocol), but it also says that British coal mines can be reopened. So can they all be reopened or not? Or only those that were not filled with concrete?

Default Tilting at windmills?

Today is the 13th day that our 3 windmills have remained stationary.

Yesterday too much wind, with even more wind today.

Despite this, Welsh wind power station's have operated at below 25% Capacity Factors for the last two years, and the UK average has only been lifted slightly above this lever by the considerably higher performance of the installations in Northern Ireland.
