Default Top ten things environmentalists need to learn

I saw this posted on another site a couple of weeks ago and it caused quite a hoo haa. I'm sure a more mature approach will be taken here.

Depleted Cranium » Blog Archive » The Top Ten Things Environmentalists Need to Learn

Should't ALL members of the forum consider them?

As I have already said the link was intresting the answer is of course yes , but it is of particualr intrest to those who believe that man made climate change is occuring as it highlights the pitfalls involved if one raises taxes or puts the ecnonomy in danger by adopting backward looking ecnomic policys.

At the end of the day I know the political elite in this ocuntry tend to take the view that this is happening, I far more intrested in getting the politics and the economics right, the scientific debate will be re-oppened when the cost of this thing becomes more widely known.

This is why the focus should be on freeing the UK to take decisions in its National Intrest, not sustianing the elite in power.

Good blog. If half the so call enviromentalists took that attitude, you wouldn't have half the resistance to it. Sadly the fascists hijacked the environmental movement and only a few Greenies realise this. They are being used and abused as pawns.

Exactly mkp.
These "environmentalists" are either misled or working on behalf of the fake environmental movement.
The so called environmentalists have nothing to do with saving the environment.

It is there lies that distress me the most, if they were honest regarding there intentions I could at least agree to disagree with them.

As it happens, I am pretty much in agreement with those top ten things.
After all, many are just common sense that would apply in any field.

It would seem that the author is of the opinion that global warming is happening and accelerating.

Maintaining the environment is a critical issue especially as evidence of accelerated global warming mounts and as energy becomes more of an issue than it has in recent past.

I can't think of anyone who wouldn't be in agreement with them.

It's estimated tha the global warming industry in monetary terms stands at 500 trillion dollars If that money had been spent wisely we would probably by now be zapping free electricity down to us from the ionosphere and having robots go to work for us.

Man made global warming weather it be down to co2 or not just keeps us downtrodden and heavily taxed wile our government the EU and the UN slowly
take away our rights and grant themselves more power.

I've said this before it is anything but an inconvenient truth to many people.
