In any case, there is a difference between an annual meeting and a conspiracy.

I assume you mean "does" rather than "dose".

Anyway, had you read some of what I posted you would have had no need to ask that question.
To save you the trouble, the answer is "Yes". Not just this government, but the previous one and the previous...etc.

One of the key areas where they are evidently failing is education.

On that we are agreed, and on health, transport, Europe, Northern Ireland, security, civil libertys, the enviroment, pensions, employment, crime, foreign affairs, the ecnomy. I could go on but just thought I would add a few more for you to give a fuller picture of this governments faliures.
