The conclusion that a doubling of CO2 will have little effect has been known for a few years, all that seems to have changed is to reduce the effect.

Some loonies may believe the freedom of speech is a bad thing.
However most people who believe in man made global warming don't.
It unfair to attack clippo like this.
Perhaps he wants anti EU people to support reductions in carbon dioxide emission. After all the EU talks about reducing it but sadly will increase it via their biofuels policy.
