Yes of course I am, enviromental decisions are being taken increasingly at an EU level, if you wathced the BBC report on the summitt it stated quite clearly the EU went off to negoitate with the USA, I would remind you equally that the British PM after signing away yet more of Britians powers went straight into a meeting of EU heads to discuss more ways that enviromental matters can be decided at an EU level.
