What I have said is that nothing is yet proven and that much more research needs to be done, so again it is Clippo who does not understand.
I don’t know how many times I’ve said it, or for example how many times Besoeker has, NOBODY in the pro-AGW side of this debate has claimed it is PROVEN, What we are saying, (quoting the IPCC in my case), is that Global WARMING has been demonstrated beyond any reasonable scientific doubt and that the cause of the current GW phase has a > 0.9 probability of being attributable to mankind’s activities. (another way of expressing this is that the risk that GW could only have occurred naturally is less than 1 in 10). Furthemore, you are somewhat pompous to say ‘more research needs to be done’. It IS being done, and WILL continue to be being done but not ever to ‘prove’ AGW. It will be done to help mankind to decide what to do to avert impending crises.
So, I think I can claim to understand better than you.

But what Clippo has to understand is that the key question here is one of democracy, how is Britian to take decisions in its National intrest on this matter when enviromental matters as are many others are taken not by HOC but by Brussels
How little you know what I understand!!!

I welcome future research s long as it is independently financed and the british tax payer does not suffer uneccesarily.

Your silence on the democracy question is deafening.
