Well if he doesn't reduce the rate of fuel duty he has to do something 'big and popular' to recover his party's leading position in the opinion polls.

At present Brown's Lie-bour Party are 8% behind (in the latest poll). This puts the electorate in a good position to try to make the beleaguered Lie-bour regime listen to them.

I hear vegetable oil is selling well. Mixed with a little Kerosene diesel motors work fine for a fraction of the cost ,or so I hear.
