Excellent article in todays Telegraph (Business Club) focussing on a business which recycles electrical items and hazardous waste.
Essentially what the owner says is that the rules and regulations spewing out of the EU are just becoming absurd , he has to employ one person just to deal with the increasingly complex and time consuming legislation. At 57 he wonders whether it is time for him to close the business down as he sees his profit being eroded and no end in sight of further regulations.
