Sorry, you don't collect your 10 denier points. Cherry-picking temperature data and Daily Mail links are good but 1998 was mentioned only a couple of days ago. Leave it a few more days before mentioning this particularly warm El Nino year again or it makes the argument look desperate.
That's not what I'm saying at all.
You asked a question about operation in freezing temperatures.
As an electrical engineer myself, I gave you one means of mitigating the effects sub-zero temperatures.
I said it's likely that they would be fitted. That's quite a lot different from saying that they are being fitted in wind turbine equipment.
I'd prefer it that you read what I posted and took it to mean what it actually says - not what you might interpret it to mean.
