A really inconvenient truth is Earth not melting after all | Matt Patterson | Op Eds | Washington Examiner
Do you trust NASA ??Well, now government scientists must be added to the long list of the so addled. Here it is, straight from the (high tech) horse's mouth, a new report from NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies titled "Global Temperature in 2011, Trends, and Prospects:"
"Global temperature in 2011 was lower than in 1998."

Temperatures and sea level may go down as well as up, terms and conditions apply.
Did you bother to read MBP's quote from NA$A's report "Global Temperature in 2011" stating....
"Global temperature in 2011 was lower than in 1998."
..or is your attention span too limited to read the three or four sentences necessary to understand the simple point he is making?.....![]()

Meet the New Boss........same as the Old Boss.
---Truth is hate for those who hate the Truth.
Congratulations. That's another 10 denier points for mentioning the unusually warm El Nino year of 1998. Leave it a few days before doing it again.
Though perhaps NASA was lying in 1998 to prove the alarmists right? And really it has just been steadily warming all along. Or perhaps it is too late to save the Earth and they won't tell us so as not to create panic. Perhaps they have been seeding the atmosphere with particulates and that's why the temperature hasn't risen. Maybe fracking is a hoax to keep oil prices low. Maybe it's a front for the building of huge underground bunkers for the elite/NWO before they leave us all to die up top etc. etc.....
Ron, sorry mate, I got the title wrong - I know it is hilariously funny, in fact it must be the funniest thing your have ever witnessed - at least judging by your childish response.
But wasn't 2010 supposed to have been the hottest year in the entire history of the planet ? Looks like NASA got that wrong too.Congratulations. That's another 10 denier points for mentioning the unusually warm El Nino year of 1998. Leave it a few days before doing it again.

Better to look at the graph below rather than other peoples interpretations of it. For me, it looks like there has been some warming but not much. However, we have had La Nina conditions for a couple of years now so I would have expected the temperature to have fallen a little more in this period. Jury is still out for me but certainly no proof of AGW. This graph updates every month.

Up until now we’ve had a fairly mild winter. Is this due to global warming or is a just a fluke?
Can we expect milder and milder winters from here on in? Save some money on our heating bills if this is the case.
