Several people share that thought. Can't all be wrong, can we?

    Hello all,

I haven't been around for a while. Various reasons! Nice to see the same old fighting from the same old suspects

Anyhow, re the above thread. English is not a race. White European is. English is a nationality. So Mr Facebook moderator is wrong with his question. End off!

Just because you do not understand the point ron, does not make the exchange silly. As you say, you're a big boy, well capable of making your own decisions. As you may have noticed, I am encouraging you to join the EDP. You belong there.

Ah, the one with a brain. How are you "Proud"? Did you have fun with The Reverend and his followers? I wouldn't have thought you had much in common, but there you go. as you put it

Seems some people think there is an English race though, Proud. Some people think belief in it is a prerequisite to being in the EDP, even at drone level. No one has denied this so far. It's been very interesting. I wonder if cassie will disagree with you.

Totally true, it all hinges on this one word
    pre·req·ui·site
    pronouncedri-rek-wuh-zit,
    –adjective
    1.
required beforehand: a prerequisite fund of knowledge.
    –noun
    2.
something prerequisite: A visa is still a prerequisite for travel in many countries.
    Origin:
    1625–35; pre- + requisite

—Can be confused:  perquisite, prerequisite .

    —Synonyms
    2. requirement, requisite, essential, precondition.

So the Moderator for the ED facebook page, mr holyoak , believes that English is a race and to be an English Democrat you have to believe English is a race. But as PE pointed out it isnt.

So this is how the moderator, under his own name for a change, described the party. How does that look when you are portraying a Civic nationalist stance. People listen to him as they know he is a moderator/admin for FB and a high ranking ex official of the party.

Now with all these big words flying about why is it some one had to pop in on an off chance and explain it to you all.

Now explain this misconception of the party, put on the internet by Mr holyoak, and not played down or denied in any way by any of the other NC/NEC members or any other high ranking official in the party. Especially after people agreed with him. Either because they did not know what he was on about, hence some of the previous postings, or they agree with this ethnic nationalist view.

Honest answers, not silly ones please. And 2 points who can guess who was admin this night when it was posted.

The English Democrats position is clearly defined in the Manifesto.

The fact that various people on this forum, post on this forum that the "English Democrats are clueless and a waste of time", appear to spend a large amount of time, try to create text to discredit the English Democrats - when apparently, the Engish Democrats have already discredited themselves ??!?!?!

IF the English Democrats are "such a waste of space" why do you bother ????

Mr Rob - appears to be a hater of all things English, English Democracy, English Parliament, Bank of England and English Breakfast Tea - much the same as the late Chris Lightfoot.

I have found no evidence on the Interent that Mr Rob or his chum the late Chris Lightfoot, have ever celebrating "anything" English.

(Although they appear to now be great friends with Welsh Nationalists!)

Has anyone found any links to correct my view of Mr Rob and the Late Chris Lightfoot ?

The majority of people once thought that the sun went round the Earth.
Their numerical superiority didn't mean they were right though.
Where does that leave your 'several'.
    Please try harder.

Once upon a time most people did not think that England needed it's own parliament

    - consistently now over 65% in polls support an English Parliament.

Steve Shark, I believe is one of the 35% who believe that England should be the only Nation in Europe with out a parliament.

That's more like it Stevie, drop the pretence at rational explanation and fall back on the standard ungrammatical incoherent style of post - and if you can mention Chris Lightfoot's suicide, so much the better, eh?

Still, it seems to be attractive to some people......to you ron, ron ron, to you ron ron.

By the way Stevie, I have never found any evidence on the "interent" (sounds a bit rude) that you do not enjoy inserting live small furry mammals up your back passage.
