    Muddled might not, but deliberately vague and confusing or lies seems to win all the time at the moment.

    The way to win seems to be promise the earth, then deliver what you really had in mind.

    Well, don't knock it! If he runs his party well, keeps the members motivated and happy, isn't that something to be applauded in this funny money existence that New Labour has got us into?
