This is obviously a Lab/Lib Dem seat, witness the Conservative vote on a day in which there has been widespread Conservative successes.

Given the nature of this seat, 2.2% is respectable, but it shows how much more work needs to be done.

Full marks to the candidate for having the bottle to stand in such an unrewarding seat, and as a lone candidate as well!
