Sorry that is trumped by

Wales in Europe : Plaid Cymru - the Party of Wales

Campaign for Wales to achieve full membership as a member-state of the EU.
So they are full of **** and you cosy up to them. More fool you.

BTW PC's website is shocking. Worse than any other party I have seen.

But PC support independence from the UK, which is what Free England and the SNP support too. As I have said elsewhere, what Wales and Scotland do AFTER the UK is dissolved, is their business. If they wish to stay involved with the EU la-la land, that's their choice. I'm only interested in what England does.

Yes. Do let us know your policies on immigration controls etc, with the wide open borders with two countries that have mass immigration from Turkey in your scenario.

Could find out what the Swiss are doing, totally surrounded by several EU countries?

They just let any one in. Is that your plan then?

MKP Davies is right.

The Welsh so-called 'National' Party (known to some as Plaid Cymru) are not a real national party - their aim is get power from Westminster and give it straight to the EU. If the Welsh 'Nationalists' had their way Wales would end up as a toothless EU-controlled 'region' in the eurozone - comprising less than 0.6% of the total population of the EU.

As I have said many times before - the Welsh and Scottish 'Nationalitsts' and the europhile Liberal 'Democrats' are just the political arm of the EU in the UK.

Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland belong together in a UK outside of the EU.

What, so I'm expected to formulate an immigration policy for something that may happen 30-40 years in the future?

How about now? I presume your plan is to leave the EU and stop immigration. How are you doing with that, then?

There is this thing called "The Sea" that surrounds Britain. Thus it is relatively simple to lock down the ports, to allow who you want to allow in and out.

Getting out of the EU requires simple "adios, thanks for the ride, but we are off now. Obviously we should stay friends, what with you guys selling us so much, so we are happy to subscribe to EFTA, deal? Deal!".

The end.

Now surrendering Wales and Scotland, would make things trickier. I don't actually think the Scots and Welsh would want it, but they could be conned by their fake National parties. England would be so busy fighting them for resources, border agreements etc, that the EU would come in and destroy us in no time.

Sorry, but English Nationalists simply haven't thought this through. Or some of them have and actually want England to be dissolved into the EU superstate.

I think you'll find we have. How much land border are we talking about in total? 150 miles? Is that really so hard to police?

How much land border does the USA share with Canada and Mexico?
What about Russia's land border? China?

We really need to keep things within perspective.
