Recent research has shown that the dominant gene in English people is "Celtic". It would seem that the English Celts just absorbed the invaders. Angles, Saxons, Normans and, in many port areas, large numbers of 17th century Africans.
Just think some of the people in Barking could be part African. That would ruffle some feathers.

ANGLO-STAFFS is correct and, at one time, Celts predominated in England!

All this 'Celtic' nonsense is not only based on a misapprehension, but merely a way of anti-English Scots, Welsh and Irish implying that THEY have a common ancestry which excludes the English and makes them part of a larger group. Thus, it is they who are racialist!

I'm afraid your last sentence is too cryptic for me! My Englishness is not based on race, but more on attitude and traditional English culture.

I can't speak for the EDs, but I can offer a point of view.

Whatever he says, O'Connor will feel compelled to justify his dishonourable conduct and get past the moment.

As regards his new 'campaign', it is difficult to see what he can achieve that he couldn't in association with the EDP and CEP. Indeed, one could argue that whatever that was, it is likely to be less now that he has clearly lost the sympathy of those organisations which have been dedicated to a Cause he joined merely a few months ago.

This campaign of his will go nowhere - even if it ever actually starts! Doubtless, Mr O'Connor will pop up in a totally different context which give him the best chance of fooling others - again!

How the worm turns, O'Conner is not Pro-English, he is just Pro-Conner. What he couldn't haddle is that the cause was bigger than him.

We did everything to help him out and his campaign but the real story is that he was too ****** to do most things.

His campaign manager happens to be his missus and as an NC member, I don't recall her resigning serveal weeks ago.

This is a guy who is clinging by his fingertips to any sort of political career he has left.

We have learned a very valuable lesson with this one and that is that the only true people who can stand up for and speak for ENGLAND are the ordinary folk who believe that England is bigger than anyone person, sadly for ****** up Matt - he believes it's his ego that comes first.
