It is a total disgrace that this Brown can put legislation before the House of Commons on specifically English issues when he represents a Scottish constituency.
As a Scottish constituency MP in the Commons he cannot vote on those same matters as regards his own constituency and he should not be allowed to vote on English issues in the Commons. The fact that he and all other Labour MPs representing Scottish constituencies in the House of Commons do so without the slightest sense of shame or embarrassment says it all about the anti-English Labour Party.
That party, which claims it supports the Union of the UK, risks breaking it up as their anti-English policies (i.e. such as denying England her own Parliament to match the one Scotland has) annoy the people of England to the extent that support in England for England leaving the UK rises substantially.
